| Ok, so I'm trying to download One Piece fansubs off of Kaizoku Fansubs via BitTorrent, but it keeps saving them as this file type called MPG4, which I can't play in Windows Media Player (or anything else, for that matter). Anyone know how to either a) change what type of file they save as or b) change them from MPG4 to MP3 format? | |

| Well if your saving them in your computer you can alwase change the type. Under where you put the name there is a thing that says "Save As Type:". If not, what kind of thing are you useing to get it? | |

| The way it works is I download a file batch (a bittorrent file that downloads a batch of 10 episodes) off their website. Then, I open it in BitTorrent and let it download them. It hasn't ever asked what kind of file I wanted to save them as, but up until this latest batch they've always been MP3s... | |

| Have you changed anything on it recently? It looks like MPG4 is the new MP3? Thats what I have read on the internet. It looks like you have to download a certian program to play them. Here is some information on them. Not sure if any of it will help.

| Video files. I'd also like to keep them MP3 format if I can, since all of the rest of them are. | |

| Alright, you can always use mediacoder, but it is hard to learn how to use. It is a very good transcoder though.
If you just want to lay the files, you can use VLC Media Player. It plays pretty much every file type you can think of, audio or video. It doesn't take up much RAM either.

| .MPG4 are used in Quicktime. Try using the Quicktime Player or as suggested before, use the VLC Player. VLC is a media god. | |

| Oooooooo, I like this VLC thingy. It's not as purdy as my current version of Windows Media Player, but it can play stuff. Yet to try it with the MPG4s, but I'll get back to you on that...
Is there a way to make it play full screen? I can't seem to find out how, and that's usually how I like to watch videos Edit: Nevermind, it'll play them. Thanks for telling me about this wonderful little program. I also found out how to play in fullscreen.

Agreed. Or you could just stop watching anime and get a real show to watch. Just kidding.
