Ok, i'm going to try make it in this forum so members can post in topics but not start them. If you don't want that gegi just say.

Ok, im having troubles it seems that you can only not post and create topics or create topics and post. I guess we can just let them post here and create topics but any topics made, except gegi's will be sent to the spam folder. I'll create a News forum rules thread and sticky it.
